I was told in a grocery store I needed to put a sweater on my child because she was cold. If I had put a sweater on, she would have been screaming because she hated the sweater. And with a sweater on, I would have been shamed for having a screaming child. You can never win.

It is imperative to have a break; and have some me time. If you aren’t happy your children won’t be happy. Schedule someone to take over and help even if you think you don’t need it, and remember there is always someone who is having an on day when you are having an off day!
